Blue’s is a place where you roll-up your sleeves and get stuck-in to a menu full of American smokehouse favourites, southern specials, burgers galore and more. All our BBQ Classics are smoked in-house over hickory wood and served-up on big old platters.
From our imported American smokers (tucked-away around the back) to our award-winning executive chef our focus is on serving authentic flavours in a relaxed, fun and informal atmosphere.
We don’t stand on ceremony, in fact, we smoke it and serve it as a snack! Dinner at Blue’s is about loosening your belt, getting a crowd together and enjoying wallet-friendly feasts with your friends and family.

We put the Bar in Bar-B-Que
At Blue’s we try hard to ensure that you can enjoy the prefect tipple with your meal.
- Cocktails – We have a shortlist of delicious, classic cocktails – all of which have been given a Blue’s twist
- Wines – our wine list is small, but beautifully formed – selected to bring the best out of our BBQ flavours.
- Beer & cider – beer goes with anything, but it’s best friend is BBQ. We have a thirst-quenching selection of international and craft beers and ciders.
- Spirits – what kind of Southern bar would be without offering a great selection of premium whiskies, bourbons and rums – ask your server for our “spirit Guide”
Bookings policy
BBQ lovers do it low & slow
Our Smokehouse Classics, St Louis cut Ribs, Brisket and Boston Butt (pulled pork) are cooked low and slow in our BIG American imported smokers.
In our quest to deliver an authentic American BBQ, we have encountered the same challenge that all BBQ shacks had in the old days.
“When it’s gone, it’s gone.”
If you are coming with a group, we highly recommend that you call us to book a table, although booking policy depends on the location and the day of the week, click the relevant button to the right to learn more. We do our best to ensure that walk-ins always get served, but sometimes guests need to chill at the bar until a table becomes available.
