Get Messy And Leave No Trace – It’s All For The Taking.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Standard Cancellation: Guests are required to provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for cancellations.
  • Advance Payment for Food: Payment for any food orders must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event.
  • Day-Of Cancellation: Unfortunately, cancellations made on the day of the event cannot be refunded.
  • Last-Minute Cancellation: If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the event, only the amounts exceeding the minimum spend requirement will be refunded

  Minimum Spend Requirement:

  • In instances where the total spend falls below the agreed minimum spend, we reserve the right to cancel the event. Any payments made in excess of the minimum spend will be refunded. However, amounts below the minimum spend threshold will not be eligible for a refund.*

  Refunds:

  • Cancellations meeting the above requirements will be refunded up to the minimum spend amount.

  Force Majeure:

  • In the event of a cancellation due to force majeure (unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the guest), we will offer to reschedule the party.
  • Should the guest choose not to reschedule, a 50% refund of the total amount paid will be provided.

  *Minimum spend – Sunday to Thursday £30 per person

  Friday, Saturday £40 per person
